Return & Exchange Validity Period

You may request a return or exchange within 45 days from the date of receipt of your order. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

  3. The product has an unusual odor or severe color difference that affects normal use

  4. The received product does not match the order details

  5. Return or exchange without reason

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Please contact us via email or phone to submit your request and provide the following information:

    • Order number

    • Proof of payment

    • Reason for return or exchange

    • Relevant photos or videos

  2. Our customer support team will review your request promptly. Once approved, we will notify you using your contact details and provide return instructions.

  3. Please send the product back to the following address:

  4. After we receive the returned item, we will inspect the product to confirm whether it matches the reported condition.

    • For return requests, if the inspection is approved, we will proceed with the refund according to our refund arrangements (for more details, please refer to the Refund Policy).

    • For exchange requests, if the inspection is approved, a replacement product will be shipped to your address within 1–3 business days.

Refund Information

Once the return is confirmed and the inspection is completed, refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (such as bank card, Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
If the refund is not completed within this timeframe, please contact us for assistance.

Cost Responsibility

  • For returns or exchanges due to appearance defects, quality issues, unusual odor, severe color differences, or incorrect items, the related shipping costs will be covered by us.

  • For returns or exchanges without reason, the shipping costs will be borne by you.
